Bennett (Downstairs Office)

Before the upstairs was complete, George had already decided to move the Bennett Builders offices from downtown to downstairs, and furnished it, in addition to the office area (including a living/conference room), with two bedrooms, three bathrooms, a kitchenette area, and a living room, complete with a television and a planter with a hapu'u tree and flowers. Outside, under the bridge leading to the upstairs' front door, there is a "meditation area", with anthuriums, hapu'u tree ferns, orchids, strategically placed rocks, and a sand path.
